Three homeowners in Indiana a homeowners association have not paid the maintenance fees for 2008. How can a lien be filed to collect?

How can I file a claim against homeowners that have not paid maintenance fees to the homeowners association that provids lawn service and pest control?

Hello s:

Go to the courthouse. Fill in a couple documents. Pay the $35 or so. Serve the defendant, and see him in court.

To answer both this question and your other one, you cannot file a lien until you've been awarded a judgment. As was already explained, you can file at your county courthouse. Procedure varies from state to state; my state(WI) requires that law enforcement(county sheriff or local police) serve the defendant. If I can't locate the defendant's exact address, I can publish the court hearing and provide that as proof of service.
