My parents got divorced when I was like 6 and I haven't seen my mom since... she owes a lot of money to the government in child support and she has done a lot of drugs... last I heard which was about 4 years ago she was a stripper. If I am 14 and I want to like live with her for like 2 weeks to see what she is like, would I be allowed to do that?? My father isn't the nicest person in the world and I would like to see if I could get along with my mother.

Probably not. Whether your mother has any legal rights to you now or not, your father is the custodial parent and pretty much gets to decide (if a court doesn't get involved that is) what you do until you are 18.
