I am looking to file a motion here in Florida to get the lender to produce the original note and mortgagae. Also looking for the formate of the order.

Is this part of another action or are you starting an action?

This is in regards to a foreclosure action and I want them to go to arbitration with me and produce the original note and mortgage. I want to get the loan renegotiated.
