My marriage is over. We don't have any kids and we don't own and property together. There is just furniture, books, and cars to deal with. Given all I want is the one bed and I don't care about the other stuff I don't foresee any problems. Should we use one of those online divorce programs or is it always better to go with a lawyer?

Hello l:

If you have NO issues, and you both agree on the disposition of whatever property you DO have, then a do it yourself divorce could work.

Here is a good resource: Divorce Without Court - Resource Center (http://www.nolo.com/resource.cfm/catID/BD559BED-AE41-49FB-B7ABE481777B9376/118/246/248/)
