Do you have to be a CPA in the state of GA to be able to process sales tax?
Can I become an accountant for some body who owns three for four stores for the purposes of both Taxation & Accounting?
I am not a CPA.

Often our people ( esp tax people this time of year) do not get online all the time, sometimes it can take several hours, at times a day or two for a expert to come and answer you.
Since J9 moved your post it appears it would have been posted in the wrong area, that will slow up a answer

To answer your question (albeit rather late), ANYONE can submit Sales Tax Returns in Georgia. There is no licensing requirement.

I also believed that any one can file tax. But some body made me confused. It would be really helpful if you can direct me to the official literature for this purpose.

There is no requirement that you are a CPA to file sales tax returns. I would suggest you find someone who is familiar with doing them.

Why not trying asking the Sales Tax Department for the state of Georgia? Their link is below:
