I was recently approved for Fidelis health insurance.. NYS, form of Medicaid...

I was wondering if anyone knows what isn't covered.. is testing to see if I can conceive a child covered? I've tried calling and asking these people from fidelis, but they seem to not understand what I am asking them.. I don't know how, but whatever, I figured I would give it a try on here!

Thanks! :)

Is this Fidelis Health Insurance?
"What is covered?
"All physician visits, baby and child check-ups, immunizations, lab tests and X rays, prescriptions, emergency room care, dental care, vision care, and inpatient hospital care."

Could you try the email route? Fidelis Care - New York State Catholic Health Plan (http://www.fideliscare.org/contactus.aspx)

Ask about the availability of infertility studies that you need.
