Umm I'm 15 and I weight 205 pounds!! I'm 5'7 and I need to lose weight fast and lots HELP ME!!

Okay, since you are young its best to lose weight and be healthy at the same time, since what you intake now will affect your future.
This is what Im doing to lose just a few pound, but it will for sure work with you.
Go to YouTube and load some exercises from Tae Bo, that man knows how to leave me breath less. His type of exercise can help lose fat and is great for the heart.
Just type in "Tae Bo Cardio Billy Blanks" and work out.
At first it will be hard, but the more you do the more you will get used to it.
Its better do work out while trying to lose weight because then you won't get any flabby skin.
You can find other workouts on YouTube that may be more suitable for you.
But don't over-workout..
Also, if you do happen to eat chips, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, sugar drinks, pizza, try to cut back.. or at least eat them ones a month in moderation.

Clean up your diet.

Cut out all the junk food, and replace it with fresh unprocessed whole food. Cut out the sugar (and anything which contains sugar in one of its first four ingredients) and anything with trans (processed) fats. No deep fried food, no cookies, cakes, candy. Lots of lean protein, oily fish, eggs, lots and lots and lots of green and leafy vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, spainach, cabbage, kale, fennel, aubergine, green beans, mushrooms, celery, lettuce, asparagus, stuff like that. Some fruit (but more veg), some nuts or seeds, some dairy, olive oil, some wholegrains.

Try to be more active. Walk more, do some sort of sport, watch less television, go to bed earlier.

I Would try a healthy diet like body by vi or hearbal life the shakes are good and feeling I';ve lost 15 pounds since the new year:)
