View Full Version : When is the best time for me to take a pregnancy test to maximize accuracy?

Hello.

I had unprotected intercourse on the 4th of March... this is the most fertile time of the month for me. I have been feeling off-tender breasts, mild headaches-light sensitivity, dry eyes, and acne which is unusual for me... with the exception of PMS; however, I am not expecting until the 18th of this month-March-and these symptoms are too early-if looking at past experience. I would be overjoyed with a positive result, but am not sure when is the best time. Perhaps I shouldn't get ahead of myself... is it even possible to have these symptoms so early after intercourse... my breasts became tender on the 6th... is this just wishful thinking? Anyway, a pregnancy test is the only way to know for sure so if there is anyone out there who can help me I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you for your time and consideration :)

I would think it is too early to know, but you can take a pregnancy test either on the first day of your period or in a few weeks from now. Take the pregnancy test first thing in the morning when you go to go pee.

OR you could go to the doctors and ask for a blood test to see if your pregnant.

My best wishes go to you,
