She was late several times occurred late fees and penalities, they were threating to evict her, She moved out about 3 weeks ago without telling me breaking the 18 mo lease, she had lived there about 8 months. Did they actually send her a vacate order? If they did, then you are off the hook. If they did not, then they can hold you to the balance of the lease.
