I would SUGGEST a white bra with a white shirt, or even a skin toned bra. If the shirt to too see-through I would go with a white undershirt, too/instead.

I would suggest a skin toned bra under a white shirt.

That has always worked best for me.

At this moment, before I go to work, I am wearing a white bra and white shirt. A natural choice for me.
