I have someone taking me to small clams for supplies I had sold... the person is claming that I sold it for too much ( which I feel I didn't )... I don't have a bank account so I had ask that the check be made to my sister and I had them put on the memo that it was for me and what it was for.. I didn't have them sign anything... now the person when she took me to small clams she only put me in the clam but in the case she put me and my sister... I never got anything in the mail or did my sister... now as for me my lawyer told me not to stress it because in would go down with the bankrupt okay that take care of me... my sister now the person want to take it out on her since they can get anything out of me... there sending mail telling her they are going to take it out her pay or taxes or bank accounts... When my sister went to the court house to do a default judgement they told her she couldn't because she is not in the claim then again they are still coming after her the Person not the court... what to do so they can live her alone I don't know if she should go to the police... Well what I am asking if the court gave them the case does that give her the right to send us information to fill out or is the court house suppose to do this is or them are they in there right to call us write to us? What can't I do to help my sister since they are coming after her and she can't even do a defualt judgement did the court house do something wrong ? The court house has told me sister not to worry OK but how not to if these people won't stop sending her mail say they going to get they money some how... also I question that because if credit people don't do that how can these people do it?
