Ok I have probably heard the song around 10 times normally in like bloopers or funny videos it is a sort of clown circus song. If anyone could please help me out it would be very helpful

"calliope" refers to the organ instrument often used to play such songs. Do a search and you might find some titles.

This is a real long shot. I know one song they use a lot in bloopers is "Wipe Out" by Surfaris. That was the first one that came to mind. Maybe?
