This morning My brother used my truck and the tilt steering wheel moved for him. I went to move the steering wheel and it didn't move. The lever moved but not the steering wheel.. Any Ideas

The lever has a cable attached to it. On my 01 the cable was broken at the point were it attached to the column. If you go to the dealer they will probably tell you that the column has to be ordered as a complete unit this is not true. If they really look into it the cable is connected to the lever and you can order the lever for about $26.00
