My great aunt signed a warranty deed over to sister in law and husband while she was fighting cancer, undergoing chemo, and highly medicated. My great aunt said she felt pressured into signing warranty deed over to them because she was in bad health and was afraid of what they might do To her while she was so weak and helpless. About a month ago my great aunt was assaulted by her sis in law and was injured. Now the is in law is scheduled to appear in court for assault. My grew. Aunt wants her house back completely I'm her name because the deed has it split between great aunt , the six on law, and the six in laws husband.
