You most like CAN keep your green card, especially if you have proof of abuse.

Start by reading the information at the link below and fill out the application forms to apply to keep your green card without the requirement of marriage to a citizen

How Do I Remove The Conditions On Permanent Residence Based On Marriage? (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=7b6d96981298d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCR D&vgnextchannel=4f719c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1 RCRD)

Do you have conditional residence (2 year card) or regular residence (10 year card)? If you have a CR, you can remove the conditions and get a regular card by filing the RC with a "good faith marriage" waiver.

If you have a 10 year card, you are a PR, but you must wait the 5 years to be eligible for natz.

If you haven't gotten your PR, you need to see is your abuse qualifies under VAWA.
