First thing first, TXGreasemnky is awesome!

I changed my ICM and Coil as he specified and the car started. Now there is a new problem. When I am driving it is good to go, but when I stop it idles sporatically for a minute or so. Basically it revs then rests then revs then rests. I can only guess that it is trying to decide if it needs to choke or not. Any ideas what this might be?

. Clean Idle Air Control Valve (IACV):

. Clean throttle plate, throttle body, and upper and lower ports.

. Install new air filter, after wiping out the air box with a damp cloth and allowing it to dry.

. Ensure there are no vacuum leaks.
