I have had this before, where I get anywhere from 15-30 tiny white bumps on the inside lips of my labia before and during my period. They do not burn or itch and they do not change in size or color, nor do I ever notice any oozing or scabbing. They just appear, and although I cannot remember precisely (I suppress my period so it's not a common occurrence), I believe they left as mysteriously as they came. What could it be?
Although I've done a lot of research and it doesn't sound or look like herpes to me, I'm terrified that it could be it. Seeing the doctor next week...

As an update, I went to my doctors, and received a full pelvic examination, while these bumps were still there and said everything looks healthy. My full STD screening came back negative, including the one for Herpes type I and II (which is apparently rare).
These bumps are still there... still painless. I have been having a lot of trouble with my cycle and birth control pills lately and have been bleeding fairly regularly for the past two months (! ). With this last prescription though, my doctor and I feel that the bleeding will stop... so hopefully these bumps are just due to various hormone levels that have not been normal lately?
Any input at all, from any one, would be greatly appreciated!

Did you not ask your doctor? I suspect they are sweat glands. You can also get these around your nipples, although generally they are larger there. I worried about these and had a full check up. Google images of hpv, warts, herpes and then Google the sweat glands. I can't think of the proper terminolgy off the top of my head, but, I assure you, it is normal and there is no need to be worried.
