The cold water bathtub faucet leaks when i trun it on. I can't get the faucet handle off. After i took the cap off and the screw , it remains stuck, probably from the hard corrison i see . I tried to spray wd-40 to loosen it with no luck, i also tried tapiing the edge of the handle to loosen again no luck, i also tried to pull it off again no luck. Any suggestions.

I assume you have 2 or 3 handle faucet...
If that screw won't turn - you may have to drill it out. However, I would prefer if you continue trying to remove it. Use large screwdriver, put it in the screw slot, apply LOTS of pressure against the screw and turn at the same time... Sometimes it takes lots of efforts...

I had to drill out screw only twice before in my life.
