My mortgage company put me in foreclosure in Florida they have lost all mortgage documents.Can they foreclose

Yes and no, you can demand at the foreclosure hearing that they produce the original mortgage documents. At some point if they can't, the judge may allow other evidence to prove the loan. But it is a stalling method to buy you some time if you believe you can catch up with payments soon.
