Hiya there,I am at my wits end on this and don't know where to turn too.I have a 5yr old daughter who since last August moved in with her dad due to be not having accommodation.I phone my daughter up every other day but the ex puts its on speaker phone for all too hear,which I don't agree with to start with,also the last few weeks she calls me by my name mandi and calls the other woman mommy and has started to not want to talk to me on the phone,she creates loads on the phone screaming down the phone at me etc and says I don't want you to talk to me when I'm with daddy.I don't want to leave her life but its taking its toll on me,every time I try and ring I come of the phone crying.I give advise to her as her father is listening and I get abuse down the phone.I told him about her having headlice the other week and he called me a liar! And his new partner.I don't know whether to stay intouch and get her upset all the time.I am at my wits end with it all and need to do something about this before it gets worse.:confused:

Do they have them by a court order?
You may need to take them (back) to court and tell the Judge the problems you are having,

What does not having accommodation mean?

It means (from my knowledge) she didn't have adequate shelter. Like she may have been homeless or lived in a small house with her parents and no room for the daughter, or something like that,

Ok, thought I would check first, but that is what I was thinking.

What is your situation like now?

Did you have an original court order before you turned your child to him because you were without accommodation? Did the order ever get changed?

How often do you see the child in person.

Sounds to me like they do not allow her to see her.
Sounds like they are teaching her to hate mom
