I was in a car accident with 4 of my friends. I was at a stop sign, and I was looking for cars but I didn't see any because the city put a big sign in the way which was obstructing my view. I thought my way was clear so I moved forward and this lady came traveling probably at 50-60 MPH in a 35 MPH zone and struck the front of my car. Her car flipped on it's side. She was fine and so were we. The thing is the police said it was my fault because, "I failed to yield at the stop sign" and I got a 151 dollar ticket. So I was wondering, if she sues me, will I have a good defense? We tried hiring some lawyers but they won't take the job. What should I do?

Well first yes of course you are at fault, you can not pull out if it is not clear.
So she will not sue, she will turn it over to your insurance company to pay for all her damages, and they will pay.
Now if you don't have insurance, yes she will sue you, And most likely from what you said, she should win.
And of course an attorney will always take the job, just write them a large enough check.

You are 100% at fault but don't jump the gun. Everyone thinks that every accident results in a lawsuit when in actuality it is less then .025 of them. Plus they do not sue you, they sue your insurance company.
Normally you get sued due to injury. If she was not injured she has no basis to sue you under a personal injury lawsuit. Those are the ones that cost the big bucks.
As your insurance company will be paying she should not have any out of pocket expenses such as a deductible so it should be a wash.
