u.s film, set around 4 college kids, they all tell each other their worst fears, one of them forces the other 3 to confront their fears, all I remember is the one girl is a vegetarian and he locks her in a room with a steak on a plate, it reaches the point that she is that hungry that she forces herself to eat the maggot ridden rotten piece of meat

Yh that's what I found when I googled about, but this film I'm thiunking of is older, I'd say between 7 and 12 yrs? Unless I've had a premonition of the clive barker film!
