My 12 year old daughter has a lump about the size of a pencil eraser behind her left earlobe. It is very sore to the touch and is bothering her. She was diagnosed with strepthroat about 1 1/2 weeks ago and is taking rythromiacin (sp?). She is allergic to penancilin also.

You really need to have a dr check it.
I can only guess that it may be a cyst but if it is something serious you need to get it checked.

Sounds like a swollen lymph node from the strep throat. Point this out to the doctor when you take her back for her re-check.

I am a 22 yr old woman an I found a pea size lump under my ear lobe and it hurts to touch
