Hi, I am very excited (an slightly neurotic) about being 6w 3d pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. For the past couple of days I have had some brown staining (just when I wipe after going to the bathroom). I have not really had any pain associated with this... mild twinges only.

I am also still feeling nauseated at times...

Should I be concerned or is this all par for the course?

More than likely it is par for the course. The nausea may continue for sometime yet. For many women it ends by the time you start into the second trimester.
Occasional spotting can be fairly common, especially in early pregnancy, and usually it's not a concern unless it were bright red, more abundant, and you had cramping. If ever it causes you concern, let your doctor or midwife know.
