I filed charges against a former tenant. I won the judgement, the tenant has not paid me what they owe. I filed a writ against them, I don't believe they own anything, car, house etc. what happens and how can I get my money. I do not know where they work

This is the Catch 22 of judgements. Generally getting the judgement is easy. How did you obtain a writ without knowing assets? Usually a writ has to specify an asset to attach.
You may need to hire a PI to find out where they work or bank. You could ask the court to subpeona a statement of assets from them.

All I had to do was go to the court house, the sheriff has to deliver, which cost 250.00
But that is only thing I had to do. Now I guess it's a waiting game
