I am in an Emt class and I have a disease that I don't want anyone to know about.. I have checked all the legalaties concening this disease with my state and it is okay that I do tthis as the rate of transmission is low.I will not say what I have. but legally it is okay for me to be an emt.The secretary of the dental office where I go has read my chart and also is an emt.She asked me how I got it and I told her this was inapproriatte to ask me.(I don't even know this woman) you see she thought she could save the public from me and inquire .She said I was her patient and that I could tell her.. she is the secretary for gods sake!I told her that I was dr.( )s patient not hers... I was so humialiated by the whole thing I left the class right after I got there... I suspect that she has told lots of people ,of which I will find out,I hope.. she should have checked on the legal ramifactions of me becming an emt before having the audacity of questioning me... at the beginning of this class the first words out of my instructors mouth was emts think they are God... She passed the test I filed with Hippa:o I hope I can get someone to talk about this to me the really sad part is I only have I week left of this very hard class thank you so much, patti456
