I have been trying to find this movie title for a long time. I remember watching it on video around the early to mid 80's. I also remember that it was around the same time that "The last Unicorn" was on video. I know it was in color and that there was a small boy. The only other thing I can remember is wooden figures that were marking along; possibly turned into wooden figures by some evil thing. And when they reached their destination they all lined up to form a wooden vessel of some sort, possible a boat.

This is all I have to go on, any help is appreciated.
