I have tenants who refuse to sign a lease and refuse to let my son or property manager into the home to make repairs. I need to get them out ASAP. Where do I go and what forms to I file to get an order of eviction?

PS I live in AZ

Are they paying their rent? You have a property manager who doesn't know what the eviction process is?

My property manager is technically not a licensed individual -she is helping me schedule and maintain the property. That is why she doesn't know the process. I have not been able to secure an acceptable property manager.
