So, when I was a kid I had this animated movie on VHS... I assume it was from the late 80s/early 90s. It's about this girl, pretty, blonde, has a little white (I think) dog and a drunk father with quite a bit of money. They live in some little town in the country. So of course this woman comes in with her daughter (they were beggars I think), and she sees the old man is a drunk and the old woman marries him and takes all his money so that she and her daughter can go shopping etc. Well there's something about a well, someone (a guy I think) gives the good daughter a heart shaped necklace, and the evil stepsis' takes it and throws it into a well and tells the girl to go get it. They both go in somehow and end up in another land, after talking to a frog, or possibly a king frog (weird, I know, trust me). In this land they meet an old woman who takes care of girls, her name is Sunday or Friday and they have to do chores. Blonde good daughter does them, evil stepsis doesn't.

So I remember quite a bit from the movie (obviously hahah) but unfortunately not the title and I have no idea how to find it...
