Hello

I have a problem with my diesel being really cold natured. If I leave it plugged in at night it's OK. But when I get ready to leave work that afternoon it takes a long time to heat up. I am wondering if I have a fuel heater probloem or maybe a glow plug problem. Any help would be nice

The block heater warms the engine, while the glow plugs warm the fuel.
