Hi there. My boyfriends adult children are harassing me.

My previous landlord has the ex-wife and daughter on video sitting outside my home while I was away.

I was leaving work on night and the daughter was waiting up the street and when I passed, she pulled out behind me and followed me home with no further incident.

Last summer, my boyfriend found a note on his car from his daughter calling me all kinds of nasty names and then he noticed his motorcycle tires were flat.

Yesterday I was leaving for work and my tire on my jeep was flat.

I want to file harassment charges but I'm afraid that I don't have enough evidence against them, just suspicion... I have no enimies(except them even though I have never met them).

What can I do?

Until they harm you physically there is not much you can do about it. You can file the flat tire stuff but since you were not there or the cop didn't see it either it is essentially vandalism. Leaving nasty notes is annoying but not illegal either. Following someone in a car is not illegal either.

Right now until someone actually comes up and physically attacks you the police's hands are tied. It's almost like "call us after they kill you/hurt you" type mentality that the police must abide by for now.
