How do I find my biological parents without knowing any information on them, not even their names. I only know what county I was adopted in. and that's it.

Have you asked your adoptive parents for information?

You can check with the courthouse in the county you were born, and see if you can place a letter to a birthparent with your record in case they come looking for you, and you can see if a birthparent has done the same for you.

You can also register on online reunion sites--adoption.com, adoption.org and ISSR are 3 great ones.

However, with no more information than that, you're not going to get very far with a search.
