What happened to your original?

Most say it is impossible to restore the VBA code, however there is at least one company I found that claims to be able to do just that, for a fee, of course. Check out Everything Access (http://www.everythingaccess.com/mdeconversion.htm) and see if you are comfortable with their work.

Yes they claim to be able to do so, but besides the cost, they require proof that it is your file and you aren't trying to break into someone else's work,

Besides which I think the OP would have taken a different route in the almost 3 years since he posted.
