I am talking to this man Ive know for years and we have a pass and it has been always good. I finally get to seem him and he tells me he been wanted to see me and tells repeatdly that it is really good to see me. What does this mean?

Maybe he likes you.

Why does "its good to see you" mean more than that?

Are you interested in him? Think he might be interested in you?

Endless possibilities. He might be glad to see a good friend. He might be going through a tough time and glad to see a good friend. He might be interested in you but not sure how to escalate the relationship. And on and on and on.

You know him better than any of us... you are his friend.

So what's the situation? His life? Yours? etc...
