Is it poor posture that you are talking about, can you actually straighten up if you want to... or do you have a physical condition that causes you to hunch over? Have you seen your doctor for help?

If it is posture, you will have to retrain yourself and be very conscience of how you are sitting and standing. Some people find wearing a brace for a few months helps them, or seeing a chiropractor. If nothing else, could you at least bring a cushion to class to sit on?

Hi (thanks for your reply) I don't have a physical condition I'm able straighten my back together with my neck but not for to long because its very hard to push back and straiten up my back/hunch for more then 10,15 minutes at a time you know what I mean... but when I do straiten my back/hunch when I sit I feel much better, I when to a doctor in fact he told me I have poor posture but he told me a brace would be useless and I should do exercise which I did and never really helped me too much, what's my next step now should someone recommend me different exercises? Or should I try I different doctor? Or something else?

If you can, maybe see another doctor for another opinion. You may want to see a chiropractor as well. A brace may help because once your muscles get used to supporting your spine in a certain position, it can take time for them to be corrected.
A medical doctor or chiropractor would be better able to determine what may help. They may suggest seeing a physical therapist for additional help if need be.
In the meantime, do your best at correcting your position as much as you can. Chances are you will start to find it becomes easier and easier to stay straight the more you do it. May only be for 10 minutes at first, but overtime it should become longer and longer that you are able to do so.
Good luck!
