Hi I'm 17 years old and 3 days ago I found a small pimple on my penis.at first I thought nothing of it,put a bandage and antibactrial cream on it and went on my way but the next day it had grew.it was painless.but I woke up this morning and it had popped its self.I want to know should I be worried?:confused:
