My girlfriend broke up with me saying she doesn't know what she want. We have been on and off for 3 years. After this I told her that I will pack up her things that she has in my crib and give her back her spare key for her car. She still has a spare key for my place too. After I told her this she didn't want to do that. She actually said that she doesn't want to give up on everything. Im not into staying with friends with your ex for me once you leave I cut all ties. I don't know why she doesn't want to take back her stuff and leave?

To me, the "doesn't want to give up on everything" is to soften the blow. "I don't want to be with you, but I'd like to keep you around".

She made the decision to end it. If I was in your shoes, I'd of let her pack her own stuff, swap keys and be done with it. If you cut ties with ex's then that's your call and she needs to deal with it.
