I have a cartoon (cell) drawing of what looks like something from the Flintstones however no recognizable characters.

There is this guy that is on a blue dinosaur with green spots that looks like dino but is a little more fierce. On him is a cowboy kind of guy with a black hat and red scarf in a purple pull-over like fred flintstones shabby outfit. There is another cowboy guy with a yellow cowboyhat and another with a brown. I would be happy to send a pic.

Did the flinstones series do a special movie or something?

Are you able to take it out of the frame and read the signature? It does look like it has something to do with the Flintstones.

I don't think its hanna barbera, the style is a little too 'loose' you will probably find out where its from at cartoonbrew.com
