I have a 1928 Silver Certificate one dollar bill.It is in VG condition, Series A Blue stamp And blue writing.Signed by Mellon And Woods Serial # V89517521A. Does anyone know the value?

The second #1601( *) IS for a STAR NOTE
THAT IS A NOTE was mutilated or was unfit for issue and it has to be replaced.These notes are the same as the others .
