Since I was younger I've been looking for either one or two movies I say this because I'm not sure if the description I have is of two or one movies combined. Well the descrpition I have is that I think it's a disney movie but its of a boy or girl that ends up dying on his way to his prom by getting into a car crash. The person ends up coming back as a ghost and I think that there was a short woman in the movie and she was a witch and she had a nasily voice.
