Hello trying:
A little weed and a drink now and then WON'T stop you from getting pregnant.

These things won't stop you from getting pregnant. It'd be best to stop now before you are pregnant so that your baby will have the best chance of growing healthy and strong and less likely to have birth defects due to these behaviors.

Drinking alcohol may indeed affect your chances of getting pregnant, at least to some degree.
Can Drinking Alcohol Affect Your Fertility? (http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/alcohol.html)
If you Google 'influence of weed and getting pregnant' (or influence of alcohol while trying to get pregnant)there are a lot of opinions on this. Mainly the information says that the THC in weed, will affect sperm count, and decrease your chances, and alcohol is considered a no-no for the most part.
That is not to say that you CAN'T get pregnant, obviously, but, probably a good idea to use a little caution when trying to conceive, and give up the alcohol and weed to increase your chances.

Both may effect someone's chances of getting pregnant, you just don't know if you happen to be one of those people or not, so why not do all that you can to increase the odds in your favor and just quit. This goes for your partner as well, if not even more so.
You have had some initial testing done... has he?
You might want to still keep track of changes that let you know when your body is preparing to ovulate. It may be about day 18, but it may not always stay that way.
