I have this problem when I try to connect a logitech keyboard to my window vista home premium, it pops up the message "USB device not recognize". The logitech keyboard has a round USB, so I have to connect it to another port before I connect it to my laptop.

The logitech keyboard seems to work, but it's not typing anything and every time I press something on the keyboard, there is this CTINK! Sound (you probably know what I'm talking about), the keyboard lights up and everything, it won't type though.

I think the keyboard is a Corded Deluxe Access Keyboard made by logitech. If that helps...

PLEASE HELP@ THANKS :D

? Standard USB connectors are rectangular. PS/2 connectors are round. Could you post a picture of the connector?

Logitech's website has no information on that model. The only info on that keyboard I found via Google referred to a PS/2 version. Whether Logitech made a USB version is indeterminate. Even if they did, what operating system are you using? A driver for the keyboard may need to be installed.
