Hello,
I am 37 years old. My weight is 70 & height is 5'5. As per height I look OK, but my waist and stomach is not in correct shape.
How can I reduce these 2 things fast, but without dieting

70 kg, is roughly 154 lbs. And you are 5'5" tall.

113-138 lbs is roughly in the ballpark of where you want to be.

Other than dieting, you have to increase exercise.

The only thing that worked for me, was cutting all my meals in half, which was still a reasonable amount of food, and target the areas you want to change with specific excercises.
