I sent a Motion to Establish Reasonable Visitation to my ex-wife and her attorney about 6 weeks ago, but they have not answered it. There is a calendar call coming up on Monday and I wanted to know what I should do. Do I still need to go to a hearing, does she still have a right to answer the motion? Can I move that she has forfeited her rights?
The court is in North Carolina and there is a Marriage Separation Agreement that gives me joint custody and extensive visitation rights, which my ex-wife has never adhered to, even remotely.
