I know this is another silly question but I was wondering if the baby will be harmed in anyway due to my sitting positions or rolling over in bed or bending or something like that. Can anythign I do cause harm to him while I have 1 week left of pregnancy? I don't want to hurt him in anyway while he's in position or dropping. Please help.

If you are due in a week, you may have more time than that before baby comes. There is some thought that avoiding reclining positions in the last few weks may help baby position better into an anterior facing position... where they face your back. Will it make a difference?. maybe. It won't hurt, so it is worth just being more aware of your posture.
Sitting where you are leaning even slightly forward, with pillows behind your back for support, may be a better option. Heaviest part of baby is the back of their head, and some feel frequent reclining may encourage baby to face your front, thus putting them in a posterior position, with the back of their head towards your back.
Most babies will eventually rotate during labor anyway as facing your back allows them to descend more easily. Having them in this position also reduces some of the back pain a mother may feel while in labor.
IF baby is posterior during labor, best thing to do would be to stay off your back. Your changing positions once in awhile can often help baby get in a better position.
