It depends on the State but basically as long as you can support yourself, have firm plans to finish high school, have your own place to live (not with friends or relatives) you're good to go.
Do you have those things in place?

I've done a lot of bad things in life, I'm fifteen years old and I can't stand living with my parents anymore. It may sound like I'm a teen that just wants to go out and have fun but I'm not like that. I have a boyfriend that is 17 and we were thinking about getting an apartment. We both have a job and are staying in school. We have looked at our pay rates to see if we could afford it, and it looks pretty stable. How can I legally move out?

Neither of you are old enough to sign a legal contract for the apartment.

You cannot legally move out until you are emancipated - usually when you turn 18, but you can get emancipated earlier if you bring a court action. At 15 you can bet money it won't happen.

Can you move out when you are 16?

Before the age of majority in your State the rules are the same: "It depends on the State but basically as long as you can support yourself, have firm plans to finish high school, have your own place to live (not with friends or relatives) you're good to go.
Do you have those things in place?"
