I just installed a Kohler single lever faucet in my kitchen, when I move it to the hot water side the hot water comes out in a trickle, is there any adjustment?

You have probably disturbed some crud built up on the hot water pipe wall and it's now blocking the inlet port of the cartridge.
Shut the water off and oipen up the faucet and remove the cartridge. Check and clear the inlet ports of the cartridge. Place a pan over the open faucet and turn the hot water on to flush out the supply and open valve body. You should have a strong stream of hot water hitting the pan from the supply. Reassemble and test. Good luck and thank you for rating my answer. Tom
