I am a greencrd holder & have been working in Canada for last 3 years.
IN LAST 3 YEARS I HAVE SPENT AROUND 120 DAYS IN USA
I made 140,000 canadian dollars in 2008, received no wages , interest etc from usa and have nothing in the usa apart from a truck and motorcycle stored at a friends house
I married a canadian woman last year

Do I need to file us taxes... if so which forms do I need to complete, how do I do this without a W2?
If I file do I need to tell IRS I'm married... my wife wants nothing to do with the USA she does not have a ssn etc
IF I FILE A NR FORM , WILL I LOSE MY Green card
Does anyone want to do my taxes for me , how much would it cost?
I can be reached at [email protected]
Any advice appreciated
Stuart

Every U.S. citizen or resident must file the U.S. tax return if the worldwide income exceeds the filing requirement. You must also report all your worldwide income.
You can not file nonresident tax return.
