I have forgotten my Hotmail password. I have attenpted to reset it, however the new password gets sent to the hotmail account for which password I want to reset. I there anyone that I can contact on the phone for this matter?

If you have provided an alternate email address for your Windows Live Hotmail account, you can also send the password reset email to that address. Choose Send yourself a password reset e-mail message. And click Send Message.
