Hi, Our washer is down stairs and when it drains it comes up in the down stairs shower. There is no clog we have it all cleaned out. But it still dose it. This is not a new problem it has done this for a long time. But we want to fix up the bath room and would like to be able to use the shower. We have no idea what to do. When we had the drains all cleaned out the guys that did it had no ideas ether.

Then your guys missed something. There are only three reasons that washer backups occur. (1) A faulty design in the plunbing lay out. (2) A partial blockage in the drain line or (3) the system is old and too undersized to handle the more powerful pumps the modern washers have.
I have run into all three. In (1) the plumber installed the washer drain next to the shower and the washer pumped direct into the shower.
(2) A partial clog the plumber failed to reach or (3) The washer pump was simply too powerful for the system to carry the discharge away.
Not being there I can't point directly at the problem. All I can do is tell you what can go wrong and you have to get a sharp plumber to do the rest.
Good luck and let me know what transpires. Regards, tom
